Product Overview
With years of experience in R&D for heat meter, LSD's new wiegand heat meters of LSD-HMWG-E001-1 comply with "heat meter" product standard CJ128-2007 enacted by National Construction Ministry, and refer to european standards EN1434 and International Regulation OIML-R75, they are used to calculate and display follow informations on LCD, such as total heat amount(kW.h), total water consumption (m3), water temperature (℃), backwater temperature (℃), temperature difference between flow and backflow water(℃), total supply time (h), instantaneous flow rate(m3 / h), fault time (h). They features high-performance, low-power,accurate measurement, stable operation, long work life, safe and reliable running.

1:Our heat meters adopt ultra low power MCU as microcontroller, to ensure stability under low power and strong anti-magnetic interference capability, the developer optimizes the design of hardware and software.

2:Adopt Pt1000 high-precision platinum resistance as temperature sensor and perfect circuit design to achieve high-precision temperature measurement.

3:Water flow sensor implement auto-calibration for every meter to achieve high-precision measurement, because of difference existing in every enclosure and sensors.

4:Implement real-time exception minitor, fault display and data protection under power-off.

5:Store the data monthly for last 18 months, this is prescribed by national standard, also,to ensure the system reliability and the data recoverability, the real-time data and quantitative data will be stored.

6:Include infrared communication interface, this is used for remote calibration and test, and we will provide PC software platform for remote calibration and test to reduce production technology and improve productivity effect.
